I made this pattie as an easy way to get more veggies into a meal.

also i dont add any salt to any of my food due to an intolerance, but that doesn't mean salt wouldn't enhance the flavour

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Broccoli, fresh, 50 grams
    Cauliflower, raw, 160 grams
    Butternut Squash, 155 grams
    Zucchini, 150 grams
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Rice flour, white, 30 grams
    polenta, 60 gram
    Chia Seed 1 Tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Olive oil - 2tbsp - for cooking

Directions

Steam Broccoli,Cauliflower and squash till tender.
blend until smooth
add grated Zucchini,egg,flour,seeds and spices.
heat pan, spoon mix and cook until golden brown on both sides

Serving Size: 2 patties
