Simple Mac and Cheese. Use whatever Cheese you Like Simple Mac and Cheese. Use whatever Cheese you Like
Number of Servings: 4


    1 cup non-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
    8 oz whole wheat pasta
    1 cup skim milk
    1 tbsp margarine spread (I Can't Believe It's Not Butter)
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper


Cook pasta according to package directions and drain using a colander. Set aside.
In the empty pot, melt the margarine and add the milk.
Add the cheese, stirring constantly while it melts.
Once the cheese is melted, add the pasta back in and mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle on the cayenne pepper (optional) for additional flavor.
Serve with a side of vegetables.
