    1/2 Cup White Flour
    1/2 Cup Wholewheat Flour
    1 Tbsp Applesauce, Unsweetend
    3 Tbsp Brown Sugar, Unpacked
    1 Medium Egg
    2 Tbsp Baking Powder
    1/2 Tsp Cinnamon, Ground
    Pam for cooking


1. Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Add wet ingredients and mix well.
3. Heat Pam cooking spray in a frying pan or on a griddle.
4. Measure 1/4 Cup of batter and cook. Spray top side of pancake before flipping.

Top with your favourite topping and eat. Don't forget to adjust calories for the topping.
