    one dozen eggs (organic)
    1/3 c. mayo
    1 tbsp dijon mustard
    1 tsp cider vinegar
    2 slices bacon cooked
    dash hot sauce (optional)
    paprika for garnish


hard boil eggs then cut in half lengthwise
discard 4 of the boiled egg yolks
mix remaining egg yolks with mayo, dijon and vinegar
crumble bacon and add into mixture
add hot sauce

place mixture in egg cups
sprinkle with paprika when ready to serve
