Ingredients

    Tofu
    Cabbage
    Red Pepper
    Carrot
    Hot Pepper
    Seitan
    Brown Rice
    Wheat Germ
    Peanut Butter
    Mushroom Gravy Mix
    Vital Wheat Gluten

Tips

Add as many (or few) hot peppers as you can stand.


Directions

Process Cabbage, Red Pepper, Hot Pepper, Carrot until small dice. Cook in saucepan 20 minutes with tofu in a T margerine. Remove from heat. Add in Brown Rice and stir. Pulse seitan in food processor until small grains, add to mix. Add in Wheat Germ and mix. Add in Peanut butter, gravy mix and season with salt to taste. Finally, add vital wheat gluten and allow to rest so gluten starts to set up. Form into patties in nonstick pan and cook five minutes on medium low covered on each side. Slap onto a bun with ketchup, vegan mayo, or whatever you like on a burger. :)
