    8 oz. dark chocolate chips
    1 T. coconut oil
    1/2 c. almond butter


Line a mini muffin pan with liners (24).

Melt chocolate and oil together (in 30 sec increments in microwave or in double boiler).

Pour spoonfuls of melted mixture into the liners, just enough to coat the bottoms.

Set for 10 min in the freezer.

Remove and spoon dallops of almond butter onto the cups, not allowing the dallops to touch the sides of the paper liners.

Use remaining chocolate mixture to completely cover the almond butter dallops.

Return to freezer to set for 15 minutes.
