Spinach and Hot Bacon Dressing Spinach and Hot Bacon Dressing

Ingredients

    8 slices bacon, chopped
    8 C Spinach
    1 C Green Onions, chopped
    1/4 C Sugar
    2-3 T Cider Vinegar

Directions

Clean and break spinach into large bowl, add chopped green onions - put aside. Place chopped bacon in pan cook until brown. Then add sugar in panstir until dissolved, then add vineagr. Imeediately pour dressing in bowl of spinach toss and serve.
