    Jasmine Rice, 2 cups
    Coconut Milk, 2 cups
    Cardamom, ground, .25 tsp
    Coriander seed, .5 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp


Put all ingredients into rice cooker and cook on white rice settings, about 20 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before opening. Great base for spicy foods.
