    3/4 lb lean ground beef
    1 package low sodium taco seasoning
    9 egg roll wrappers
    1/2 cup fat free cheddar cheese, shredded
    cooking spray


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray a baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.

2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef. Drain and return to pan. Add taco season and add water according to package instructions.

3. Turn off heat and add cheese; Mix well.

4. Evenly distribute meat mixture among the egg roll wrappers. Wrap and place on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down. Lightly spray the top of the rolls with cooking spray.

5. Bake for 15 minutes, flipping once halfway through cooking.

Serving Size: Makes 9 servings
