Ingredients

    4 c unsweetened almond milk
    2 c water
    2 c steel cut oats
    1/2 t salt

    2 c blueberries
    3 T coconut oil
    1 c almond slivers
    1 c shredded coconut

Directions

In large pot, combine water and almond milk. Bring to a low, rolling boil. Add oats, reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once oats are soft, stir in remaining ingredients.
