    1/2 cup diced onions
    1/2 cup diced green peppers
    1 Tbs minced garlic
    olive oil
    1 lb chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
    1/2 pkg taco seasoning mix
    1 8 oz. salsa
    1 14 oz. corn
    1 14 oz. black beans
    1 16 oz. ranch style beans
    2 (4 oz.) cans tomato paste
    2 (14 oz) cans chicken broth
    1/2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese (optional)


Saute onions, peppers, garlic in olive oil. Add chicken, taco seasoning mix, salsa, vegetables, beans, tomato paste, and chicken broth. Add more liquid if desired. Bring to slow simmer for 20 minutes. Place cream cheese in separate bowl. Take some liquid from soup and pour over cream cheese to melt and add back to soup. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve.
