    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 Cup bread crumbs
    1 lg. egg
    1/4 Cup garlic
    1/2 Cup bell pepper
    1/4 Cup onion
    Dash of salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder


Chop vegetables and put in mixing bowl with ground beef. Add seasonings, egg, grated parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Mix ingredients together and roll into balls. Place on slightly greased cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet and place in pot with sauce.

Serving Size: 10-12 servings (2 meatballs per serving)
