    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    2/3 bag mini marshmallows
    1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
    16 oz Cool Whip


Completely drain crushed pineapple. (The more juice you drain, the better, or else it will cause separation). Next combine all ingredients except Cool Whip and cherry pie filling. Mix well. Then fold in the cherry pie filling and then fold in the Cool Whip. (Fold in because you don't want to crush all the cherries, and you don't want to flatten the Cool Whip.

The best way to eat it is to let it set overnight (the marshmallows will melt in your mouth this way). If you don't use all of it right away, you can freeze it and scoop it like ice cream.
