    1/4c. butter (1/2 stick)
    1c. flour
    5/8c. sugar
    1t. baking powder
    1/4t. salt
    1/2t. vanilla
    1 1/4c. blueberries
    1/4c. milk
    1 egg
    1T. sugar for topping

    cream butter and sugar until fluffy. add egg, milk + vanilla - mix well. add dry ingredients - mix well. stir berries in by hand. spoon into liners. sprinkle sugar on top.

    Recipe has been split in half. if making full recipe add eggs one at a time.


don't forget to sprinkle sugar on top.


bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes
