Ingredients


    1 cup buckwheat, soaked overnight with 2 cups water + 2 T. apple cider vinegar
    1/2 cup almonds or any kind of nuts

    Morning rinse well.

    In blender:
    1 apple
    1 banana
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    1/2 cup water
    lemon juice from 1 lemon

    Mix with 1/2 cup chia seeds. Makes 6 portions.






Directions

put your serving in microwave for about 2 minutes
