Introduction

Sorry for the lack of creativity for the name but that's literally what it is. I threw all these together and it made an amazing lunch :) Sorry for the lack of creativity for the name but that's literally what it is. I threw all these together and it made an amazing lunch :)

Ingredients

3 chicken breast strips (I buy Tyson breast tenderloins and guessed it to be around half a full breast)

about 1 cup of pasta ( I use the smart taste low carb/cholesterol so it's a little healthier than the recipe implies but I haven't had a chance to add it to the list of food not already in the system)

a handful of asparagus, cut to just the heads and a little of the stem, none of the tough stems towards the bottom.

    a tsp of garlic.

    seasonings as needed

    olive oil

Tips

I know the recipe isn't very precise but play around with it. I rarely measure anything as I eyeball the amount of seasonings and such. The noodles I use are the spiral noodles that are similar to egg noodles. I wanted the main focus to be the chicken and asparagus and use the pasta as a "top off" to make it a little more filling and give it a little variety that just the chicken and asparagus as I like chicken and pasta combos. I hope you like it!

Directions

Cook pasta according to instructions but add the tsp of garlic to the water for flavor.

Chop chicken into 1' sections and season; sautee until cooked fully

Sautee asparagus in olive oil until tender but still crisp in the middle.

drain pasta and mix everything together

enjoy!
