Introduction

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil sprayed pan. Add oriential vegetables, stir about 3 minutes, move to side. scramble egg beaters and then add rice to pan.     Skinny Rice (acts like brown rice, looks white)
    Package of Oriental Stir Fry (Pearsons)
    Egg Beaters 1/2 cup
    1 bunch green onions
    2 clove garlic
    Soy sauce - this uses regular, but low sodium is better.
    Most ingredients available at Meijers store
