    2 tbsp Paprika
    1 tbsp Onion powder
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 tsp Cumin seed, ground
    1 tsp Balck Pepper
    1 tsp Salt
    16 boneless, skinless Chicken Thighs
    3 tbsp Olive Oil


Combine spices and rub mixture over chicken thighs. Let stand 20 mins at room temperature. Place on grill rack, rubbed with olive oil. Grill 30-35mins or until cooked through, turning occasionally.
