    # *Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 1 cup
    # Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 6 tbsp
    # Garlic, 3 tsp (I used jarred chopped garlic)
    # Ground beef, lean, 32 oz
    # *Pasta, Lasagna Noodles, 7 oz
    # Onions, raw, .50 cup, chopped
    # Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped
    # *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.25 cup, chopped
    # *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 1134 grams (40 ounces)
    # *Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, .25 cup


cook ground beef with peppers, onions, garlic, 2 table spoons of italian seasoning (not in the ingredients because no calories, fat or carbs) with 3 tablespoons of water (helps seperate the fat from the meat) , drain good when done. in bowl mix all cheeses, put 3/4 of sauce in with ground beef,pour 1/2 remaining sauce on bottom of 9X13 pan to cover then put 3 pieces of lasagna noodles on top of sauce, then cover with 1/2 of the meat/sauce mixture, then sprinkle cheese on top of that then 3 more lasagna noodles then other half meat/sauce mixture, cheese, then 3 more noodles, ramaining sauce and sprinkle with cheese. cover tightly, heat in oven for 70 minutes at 425, when done (make sure noodles are done) set on top of stove for 10 minutes still covered, then cut in 8 pieces, serve hot with salad, makes 8 11.5 ounce servings (of course you can eat less)
