    Stir Fry:
    2 tbsp veg oil
    1 tsp freeze dried ginger
    1/2 tsp minced garlic
    1 tsp beef bouillon powder
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce
    3 tbsp soy sauce
2 pounds steak sliced for stir fry
    1 cup fresh mushroom
    16 oz frozen broccoli

1 head of cauliflower shredded with cheese grater
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    1/8 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp minced garlic
    2 tsp beef bouillon powder
    5 tbsp water
    1 tbsp soy sauce

Shred the cauliflower and set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet over med/high heat. Add ginger, garlic, 1 tsp bouillon powder, worcestershire sauce and 3 tbsp soy sauce. When oil mixture is very hot add beef and mushrooms. When beef is done toss in broccoli (I defrosted mine for 2 minutes in the microwave first). Cook until heated through.
Place 'rice' cauliflower in a large microwave safe bowl. In a small skillet bring to heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 tsp beef buoillon powder, 3 tbsp water, 1 tbsp soy sauce, onion powder and 1/2 tsp minced garlic. When hot mix in with the cauliflower rice. Heat in the microwave for 3 minutes or until tender.
Serve stir fry over 'rice'.
