    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 3 cup (remove)
    *Mixed Vegetables (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots) Birds Eye - 87g, 3 cup (remove)
    *Chicken Broth - Reduced Sodium, 8 cup (remove)


put all ingredients into crock pot (rice already cooked) and cook for 6 hours high- stir occasionally
