Introduction

This fruit mix is great to have on hand on it's own, as a meat/fish marinade and garnish, or as a base for fruit salsa. This fruit mix is great to have on hand on it's own, as a meat/fish marinade and garnish, or as a base for fruit salsa.

Ingredients

    1 lg Orange
    2 kiwis
    1 mango
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 oz lime juice
    2/3 c pecan pieces

Tips

Eat alone, over a bed of fresh baby spinach, over cottage cheese or yogurt, or mixed with oatmeal or quinoa.

Add onion, tomato,peppers and cilantro for a fruit salsa.

Add Lime juice and Pecans
Stir
Store covered in refrigerator
