Ingredients

    1 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1/2 cup chopped green onions
    1 can diced tomatoes with sweet onion
    1 can bush's black beans, drained and rinsed
    6 oz dry veggie pasta
    1 can (4 oz) diced green chilis
    6 Tbsp. pace salsa
    cumin, salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Brown beef with onions, add salt, pepper and cumin to taste.

Mix all ingredients in the slow cooker (including uncooked pasta). Add 1 1/2 cups water. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
