Ingredients

    Cauliflower, 2 cups (1" pieces)
    cheese, sharp cheddar, 60g
    *Flour, white, blending 1 tbsp
    Milk, nonfat, 3/4 cup

Directions

Boil cauliflower until tender, drain well, place in dish. Grate the cheese. In small saucepan blend the flour into the milk and bring to the boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat and stir in the cheese. Pour over the cauliflower.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings
