Just a quick side dish using one of my new favorite Just a quick side dish using one of my new favorite
Number of Servings: 4


    1. 1 pound fresh asparagus, rinsed and dried
    2. 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    3. Dash of salt and pepper, to taste
    4. 2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil


This is a great side dish and you can add whatever seasoning you like to this. I have tried adding Italian seasoning as well and it tastes great!


1. Cut the rough tips off of the asparagus and set aside.
2.In medium bowl mix all the other ingredients and add asparagus, toss to coat.
3. Heat a large saute pan till hot and then add asparagus, oil included.
4. Cook 4-5 minutes or until desired tenderness.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
