    Almond oil, 1 tbsp
    Beef, round steak, 0.5 lb
    Tomato Paste, 2 tbsp
    *Fresh Sweet Onion (1 Medium Raw)
    *carrot, large, 1
    Eden butterbeans, no salt, 14 oz (1 can)
    Campbells no salt added chicken broth, 2 cup
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp
    *Black Pepper (Ground), 0.25 tsp
    Water, 2cups


Cut the beef into cubes. Saute the onions until they start to soften. Saute the beef until it starts to brown. Put everything into the slow cooker. Cook on high for 6 hours.
