    Crust: 2 C flour
    1 C butter
    1/2 C powdered sugar

    Filling: 1/3 C lemon juice
    1/4 C flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 & 1/2 C sugar
    4 eggs , beaten


For crust, sift together flour and powdered sugar. Cut in butter until mixture clings together. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Set aside. For filling, beat together eggs, sugar and lemon juice. Sift together flour and baking powder. Stir into egg mixture. Pour over baked crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool and cut into squares.
