    Chicken breasts, 4 - 4oz
    Low-fat Mayonnaise, 1 cup
    Parmesan cheese -- shredded, 1/2 cup
    Garlic Powder, 1 teaspoon
    Black Pepper, 1/2 teaspoon


May substitute Greek yogurt for mayo if preferred. Original recipe also calls for salt, I made it without and it was just fine! I also used some pretty thick frozen chicken, so my cook time was a little longer than listed!


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Set chicken in baking pan.
3. Combine mayo, garlic powder, cheese, and pepper in small bowl.
4. Cover chicken with mixture.
5. Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Chicken is done when inner temperature is 167 degrees.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings (4 oz each)
