Ingredients
Ingredients:
Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced
Sweet peppers (bell), 10 strips
Asparagus, fresh, 1 cup
Green Beans (snap), 1 cup
*Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 4 oz
1 TBLS EVOO
Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices
Walden Farms Garlic & Herb, 4 tbsp
Parsley, 2 tbsp
Tips
Use what ever veg you like. This is great to use up leftover veg. just three or four pieces of potato or sweet potato are a nice addition but really up the calories and carbs.
Directions
Cut up all vegetables except mushrooms and put into a steamer for 7 to 9 minutes. Meanwhile, cut 4 oz chicken breast into 1/2" pieces. Heat EVOO and quickly brown chicken pieces. Add mushrooms and steamed veg. Add Walden Farms Garlic & Herb sauce and parsley. Heat through and serve.
