Ingredients

    5 eggs separated
    1/2 cup cake flour
    1 cup powdered sugar divided
    1 tbsp vanilla divided
    19 strawberries
    1 container of cool whip lite

Directions

beat egg yolk & vanilla put to side. Whip egg white, cream of tartar & salt until soft peaks form. Fold in 3/4 cup sifted powdered sugar, fold in egg yolk mixture. Fold in cake flour. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Cool on towel coated with powdered sugar & roll up. Once cool add chopped strawberries to cake, add whip cream mixed with remaining powdered sugar. Roll up & store in fridge.
