    Chicken breast, green cabbage fresh, tomato, yellow bell pepper, cooked pinto beans, half an avocado, cilantro chopped, red onion chopped. Shredded mexican cheese, corn tortillas.


cook chicken in pan, cubed. Cube veggies. fill tortilla with stuff, fold over and heat in pan with small amount Olive oil, until cheese is melted. Beans in another pot, put half an avocado in with the beans and eat! Salsa and chips on the side.
