    Beef, top sirloin, 340 grams(remove)
    Flora Ultra Light margarine, 10 gram(s)(remove)
    *Balsamic Vinegar, .25 tbsp(remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)(remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp(remove)


Melt margarine in a small saucepan pver medium-low heat.
Add the onions, season with salt.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 mins or until golden.
Add the balsamic vinegar and cook for a further 1-2 mins.
Set aside and keep warm.
Heat a large non-stick fyrpan over high heat. Season steaks with salt and black pepper.
Cook for 1-2 mins easch side for medium.

Serving Size: Makes 2 270g steaks
