Delicious, but not low fat! Delicious, but not low fat!
Number of Servings: 6


    4.5 cups uncooked quinoa pasta
    4 oz smoked gouda cheese
    4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
    4 oz mozzerella cheese
    2 cups Milk
    4 tbs flour
    2 cups frozen Rock Lobster pieces
    1/2 small onion or 6 cloves garlic
    6 tbs french fried onions
    4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
    2 tbs bacon grease
    2 Jalapeno peppers chopped finely and seeded


Cook the pasta according to package directions
Meanwhile cook the bacon, reserving the fat
Sautee the onions or the garlic, whichever you choose, but not both, in the bacon fat. Add the milk and flour, stirring constantly until thickened. Add the cheese, Lobster and peppers. Fold in the pasta and bacon crumbles. Top with French fried onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
