    Greek yogurt 10%, 1000 gram(s)
    Cucumber (peeled), 3 small (6-3/8" long)
    Greek virgin olive oil, 100 gram(s)
    Garlic, 3 cloves, finely chopped
    Dash of wine vinegar
    Chopped dill or mint (optional)


Chop the cucumbers very finely. Put salt and leave them to drain for at least 30 minutes. Mix the drained cucumber and the garlic in the yogurt. Stir in the olive oil. You can finish the tzatziki off with some finely chopped dill or mint.
