Ingredients

    1 cup plain yogurt
    1 cup milk (skim used to calculate calories)
    1.5 cup frozen fruit
    1 tbs sugar
    splash of vanilla extract optional

Directions

Put in blender. Blend until smooth. Add more milk if you like it thinner. Add more fruit if you like it fruitier.
