Ingredients

    2.25 lb. Extra Lean Ground Beef
    1T Worcestershire Sauce
    4 garlic cloves, 2 chopped, 2 cracked from skins and reserved
    1 TSp. crushed Red Pepper Flakes
    1 Medium Yellow Onion (1/4 C. Finely Chopped, 3/4 C Thinly sliced)
    5 Fresh Basil leaves, shredded
    2T Paremsan Cheese
    2 small Red Bell Peppers, seeded and sliced
    1 Pkg. Portebella Mushroom caps, thinly sliced
    2 hot red cherry peppers, chopped, plus a splash of the pickling juice
    Fresh flat leaf Parsley, chopped. About one handful.
    1 pkg. Hamburg Buns

Directions

Add the hamburg, Worcestershire Sauce, chopped garlic, red pepper flakes, chopped onions, parsley, basil, and Parmisan. COmbine to form 10 patties. Cook on grill until desired doneness.
Heat a skillet over medium high heat with the 2 T Olive Oil. Add the mushroom caps with the sliced onions and red peppers. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Turn the heat off and add the hot peppers with the splash of sauce.
Place the reserved garlic cloves in a bowl with the butter. Melt with the garlic in the microwave. Brush on the buns and place under the broiler until browned.
Place a burger on the bun, add the pepper and mushroom mix over, and enjoy!

Makes 10 hamburgers.
