    10 oz raw peeled & deveined shrimp
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    juice of 1 1/2 navel oranges
    1 Tbsp Agave Nectar
    1 tsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
    1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 small jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
    1 cup red pepper slices
    1 cup napa cabbage chopped
    1 cup sliced mushrooms


May serve over cooked brown rice (calories not included).


Bring orange juice, agave and soy sauce to a boil in a small saucepan over high heat and boil until reduced by half (~ 8 minutes). Set aside.

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat, add oil and then jalapeno and garlic and cook till tender. Toss in the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until shrimp start to turn opaque, turning to cook evenly. Lift the shrimp out of the pan and add the broccoli, peppers, mushrooms and napa cabbage. Pour in the oj reduction and cook for ~4 minutes. Add shrimp back into pan and continue to cook stirring to combine.
Serve immediately
