Introduction

Looks gross but tastes like strawberries and bananas! I used goat yogurt as I have a lactose intolerance problem but it should calculate the same, I think. Ingredients

    3 big handfuls of fresh spinach
    3 sliced strawberries
    2 sliced banana
    2 T chia seeds
    1 T flax seed
    1/4 cup yogurt, plain
    About a cup of coconut water
    1 scoop whey protein powder

Directions

Mix the coconut water and spinach first in the blender until you have a nice green liquid. Add the yogurt, chia and flax seeds and protein. Mix again. Add sliced fruit and mix one more time. Voila.

Serving Size: 2 8oz servings or so
