    *Masoor Dal, 1 cup
    Earl grey tea, 3 cups
    Apples, fresh, 1 large, peeled and chopped
    *Raisins, golden seedless,1/4 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    *clove, ground 1/8 tsp
    Turmeric, ground, 1/4 tsp
    Cardamom, ground, 1/4 tsp


Brew 3 tea bags in 3 cups water.
In a saucepan bring tea and lentils to a slow boil. Lower heat and cook lentils in tea for ten minutes. Add
apples, raisins and spices. Continue to stir and cook for 25 to 30 minutes, until lentils are mushy. Serve.
