This is the perfect morning boost packed with fiber & antioxidants. The fruit can be switched with pineapple melon , as well as the kale you can substitute it for spinach . Ingredients

    1/2 C. of kale or spinach
    1/2 C. of frozen blueberries
    1/2 C .of frozen raspberries
    1tbsp flax seed grounded
    1tbsp chia seed



Directions

Add all ingredients to the blender , blend until all ingredients are smoothly combined, add more milk if you prefer a more thin consistency . pour in a glass and enjoy!
