    1 lb. lean ground turkey
    1-16 oz. can of No Fat Refried Beans
    2 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. salsa
    12 flour tortillas


Brown turkey in skillet; drain, the put into large mixing bowl. Add beans and salsa to turkey and mix well, until blended. Add 2 cups of cheese and mix into turkey/bean mixture. Spoon about 1/2 cup of mixture onto each tortilla and roll. Place rolled burritos into ungreased baking dish; and repeat until dish is full, with 6 burrintos; top with 1/4 c shredded cheese. Place in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted and tortillas are slightly browned ad crispy on edges. You will need two baking dishes to bake the burritos.
Serve with sour cream and salsa.
