    3/4 c Polenta
    3 c water


Mix in 3 qt bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 8 minutes. Remove and stir briskly until well blended. Microwave another 2 to 3 minutes for thicker polenta. May be eaten at this poit, or you may spoon into a buttered baking dish ( or Pam sprayed) and let it cool until firm.
