    *Almond flour, 2 cups
    Pasteurised egg whites 1/4 cup
    Lemon juice, 1 1/2 tsp
    *Almond extract, 0.5 tsp
    Sweetzfree 3/4 tsp


Mix everything in mixer. Knead until smooth. Roll into a sheet or shape into about 1/2" balls. Place balls on parchment paper on a baking tray. Bake at 350 for 10 min, shake to move them about and roll them over, and bake a further 10 min.

Serving Size: Makes 24-26 balls
