    chili if you want
    fresh or canned tomato -- if you want
    Butternut Squash, 3 cup, cubes (remove)
    red, green etc, bell peppers, 3 cup, (remove)
    *Goya, White beans, 1.0 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 2 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 cup (remove)


saute onion an garlic
add squash, water and seasonings
simmer for about 10 minutes
add peppers, chili and tomatos, corn
simmer 15 - 20 min until veggies are cooked.
