    I egg (baked)
    1 slice of Peppered Uncured Turkey Bacon
    4 Cherry Tomatoes
    1 leaf of Basil
    1 oz of shredded Mozzarella


I usually make 12-24 at a time so that my husband and I have easily-grab food on the go. Super protein packed and delicious!


Lay the Turkey Bacon in a cupcake pan in a criss-cross pattern covering the whole bottom of the individual cupcake tin. Take the shredded Mozzarella and sprinkle it on the Turkey Bacon. Crack an egg into the cupcake tin on top of the Turkey Bacon and Cheese. On top of the bake add cherry tomatoes (halved) and fresh basil leave. Sprinkle with pepper. Bake in the oven at 350 for 20-25 minutes (until eggs are white and hard). Enjoy.
