    3/4 cup flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup quick oats
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
    2 large eggs
    2 medium ripe bananas


Mash up bananas and add oil, eggs, and sugar, mix well.
Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

Place 1 T in each cup of mini muffin pan. Bake at 375 until light brown on top.
