Introduction

This is my base pizza crust, I put all kinds of toppings on this. I have played around with several different options for the crust and this is by far my favorite! Ingredients

    1 head cauliflower
    10 oz fresh spinach
    4 eggs
    1/5 cup mozzarella cheese

    Chop cauliflower in chunks. Add cauliflower and spinach to food processor (I have to do this in batches) and process until the product looks like tiny grains, also called "ricing" the cauliflower.

    Take 2 cups of processed veggies, 2 eggs and some cheese, mix in a medium bowl. Place on a flat cooking sheet and form into pizza crusts. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees. This should make 2 batches of pizza crust.

Tips

I add pizza sauce, roasted veggies, and a little cheese to the top and bake again for another 5 minutes. Delicious!!
