    1 can on rotel undrained
    1 can of reduce fat cream mushroom soup
    1 can of reduce fat cream of chicken soup
    8 0z of reduce fat sour cream
    8 0z of angel hair noodles (180 cal)
    Parmesan cheese or Mexican cheese to taste on top


mix all the ingredients together other than noodles and cheese

cook noodles and mix with the soup, sour cream and rotel.

Place in a 9x13 greased pan at 350 for 30 min

sprinkle Parmesan or Mexican cheese to taste.

Serving Size: 8x13 pan serve 6 or more
