    1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/4 cup chopped fresh basil, or a couple tsp dry
    1 package instant chicken stuffing mix
    8 -6 small boneless chicken breasts
    1/3 cup light done right italian dressing


preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine tomatoes (with liquid), 1/2 cup cheese, basil and dry stuffing mix. Stir until just moistened. Put chicken breast into a bag. Pound until 1/4 inch thick. Spread stuffing mixture on top of chicken. Roll chicken up. Place seam side down in a 13 x 9 baking dish. Drizzle with dressing. Bake 40 minutes. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes.
