Ingredients

    1.42 oz chicken breasts
    1C Bertolucci spaghetti sauce
    7 slices sarge to ultra thin cheese
    1 C Panko bread crumbs
    Italian seasoning
    Salt pepper

Directions

Place breasts between wax paper and beat with meat mallet or rubber mallet until 1/4 " thick. Best egg slightly. Mix panko, seasonings together on large plate.
Dip chicken in egg and dredge through bread crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet and top with sauce and cheese. Bake for 15 min in a 400 degree oven
